Having worked around children, I have adopted a nurturing behaviour where I am responsible, loving and patient. I can adapt myself to any situation - I can be fun and silly, and equally firm when needs be. I am passionate about teaching, encouraging them to develop and discover interests at any age. This will be reflected in my work. In terms of personal interests, I like to explore other cultures and I have travelled widely, picking up Spanish along the way. I love cooking and know where to source the best produce. Self development type reading/practising is something I am very involved in, which has proven to be pivotal in my parenting style. I would love to incorporate all the above into my work. As a nanny, I am able to work succesfully in tandem with parents/carers to provide the best possible childcare catered to the needs of each individual within the family. It is important to me that the family I work for would be kind, respectful and able to communicate.
