I am currently a childminder for a company called kowalah looking after children for any periods of time. I am a very kind, gentle and understanding babysitter but I can be firm when or if it is needed. I have 6 younger siblings so I am very experienced and good with children knowing how to talk to them and understanding what they want and need. I don't agree with violence or shouting at children at all. I have experience with autism, ADHD and speech impediments.
