Hi! My name is Mayte. I am 22 years old living in Weybridge, Surrey. I am a second year student at Exeter University studying Marketing and Management. My experience with children is vast: I have worked as a camp counsellor at a residential sports summer camp in Canada over three summers, for a duration of two/three months ever summer, looking after children between the ages of 6-16., teaching them different water and land activities during the day, and led big group games for campers in the evening. I also worked as a staff member at the same camp's residential education centre for three months looking after a similar age group, leading them in different team and leadership activities. I worked as an aupair for a month in Barcelona during my gap year, where I took care of a six and nine year old. I was also a as a ski instructor for German, English and French beginner and intermediate children between the ages of 3-14. Finally, I have also done volunteering in Costa Rica, working as a teaching assistant, teaching children between the ages of 9-12. I love children hence I filled my gap year and summers looking after them! I would love to help out where I can during the evenings! Thank you!
