I am currently a nursery practitioner with a level 3 childcare qualification and i have loved working with children over the past 2 years however i feel i would thrive more in a smaller setting and feel more comfortable to use my knowledge and skills and be able to focus on providing my own activities for the child in order to help their personal progress and development.
