I have worked in an after school club for two different primary schools since I was 16 years old. Both job titles were 'play worker' in which I was responsible for the supervision of 20+ children as well as keeping them busy by setting up a range of activities from different sports, to making pizzas. Having been in the job for about 4 years, I have come face to face with the most extreme scenarios, allowing me to understand every child needs to be cared for differently. I am currently studying for a degree in business management at university.
