Hi there, I'm Maxine though I prefer Max! I have 3 years of experience ranging from mothers help/part time nannying and babysitting through to junior nannying and sole charge, full time nannying. I have worked for families with age ranges of children from newborn up to 9. I really feel passionately about my job. I feel my age is something to be benefitted from rather than a disadvantage, I feel it is much easier to form a bond with children when you are younger as you know all the tricks in the book! My current family see me as an older sister figure more than anything and I much prefer to feel homely and like family than a strict employee. I'm very honest and open, and I like to talk, a LOT!
