Hello, my name is Mariel. I’m a bilingual mom myself. My first language is Spanish. Although I don’t have a document that certifies I have experience, I have been surrounded with children my whole life, at a young age (16) I started looking after my niece and later on in life my nephew. Now I have my own child and I have been using gentle parenting techniques and as well learned skills for myself in moments of distress. I believe all children must be treated with respect and their behaviour is communication. I do constantly update myself on managing tantrums, navigating feelings and emotions and understanding child age behaviour.
