I have 12 years experience, in working for children with additional support needs, autism and challenging behaviour and in children centre, and school and nursery from 0-5 and 5 to 18. Nurturing to promote and support the young person or child in leading a positive development by safe and nurturing environment and trust. A vital part of my role is to provide emotional and social support helping them to develop meaningful relationships with their peers and family as well as encouraging them to understand the world around them, independence and freedom of choice and boundaries. Encourage and enable each child self esteem to be raised in a positive manner and ensure they are respected and valued. I have 2 children of my own and 2 grandchildren, my belief is we should equip, children, with lots of loving care, safe guarding, provide the very best to our ability, to realize their potential. They are amazing learners if they get the right care and guidance and support right from 0 to adulthood.
