Dear families, My name is Mariachiara, a 22 years old Italian girl who has over than 8 years of experience with children of all the ages. Since I was a child I have always been keen on taking care of "youngers" And since I was 16 I have been a babysitter for different families in Italy. At the age of 19 I moved in the UK as an aupair. I have lived with a Spanish host family for 4 months, and I looked after 2 girls aged 3 and 5. From January 2018 until last year (July 2019) I have lived with an English host family and I took care of two girls aged 4 and 11. My main duties were: -get the girls ready for school and do the school run; -make sure the house was tidy and clean by helping the cleaner; -make sure the school uniforms were clean and ironed; -take the girls to every after school activities; -make dinner for everybody in the family; -bath the young girl; -bed time was included, too; At the beginning I have worked Monday to Sunday with only day off, my working rota has changed after a couple of months but even on my days off I had to be available. When I'm working as a babysitter I always consider myself a big sister for the children
