I have a personal experience with my brother's children's, I used to take care of them since I was 18 years old because both my brother and sister in-law was working, So I used to take care of them I wake them up, dress them prepare food, play activities and soo on. Here in England I was taking care of 2 little girls since February 2023, one girl is 4 year's old and 2nd is 7 years old. Here I used to get ready then for school prepare food and pack tiffen as well drop them to school because it is just 5 mints away from the house then in afternoon pick them and again gave them lunch.
