I am very passionate of childcare as I am a good listener to children. I motivate them and make them belief strong which helps them to reach to their goals. I make them more passionate and ambitious what they want to do in life. I used to always set out a daily word like team so children used to express there ideas and we used to come with different opinions and used to apply that when this word is used the most and when it is appropriate to use and then we used to reflect on that word by doing that thing so the word is team so we used to work in teamwork then, which improves children different skills like communication and listening skills. I used to make them sleep with reading story books or I used to say different stories to make them sleep and I used to follow proper plan of there eating, taking a bath, playing, outdoor activities and proper check on there education also.
