I am currently undergoing a PGCE primary teacher training course at the University of Hertfordshire. My passion is working with children and I intended to build a career around this. I have spent 3 months of the year, for the past two years, working at a summer sleep-away camp in Massachusetts, USA. Gaining experience working closely with children aged 6-15. I also was a nanny for a 3 and 5 year old boys. Duties in this role involved picking up/dropping off, activities such as swimming, horse riding, sports. Potty training for the youngest, putting down for naps, and bedtime duties. I am looking to work a few hours in evening (to fit around my uni schedule) during week or weekends.
