The experience I have is babysitting my neighbours kids, aged 5 and 8 now. The things I do with them are cook them dinner and providing snacks also playing many of games, which they never seem to get tired of. I have been babysitting them for around 2 years now. Another experience I have with looking after young ones is volunteering at Cubs ( a club about wilderness and life skills ). These kids are all aged 8-10 and there are around 10 in each class. The main activities we do are, learning about important strategies in life in a fun way like drawing. We also do fun activities with food such as making tortilla pizzas and baking cakes in oranges. From this experience I can offer a variety of activities which are beneficial to learning but also make sure it is enjoyable for them. Another thing I can provide is a good knowledge of cooking/ baking as I have experience as a chef at collage. Another experience I have is a ‘ live in nanny’ in Australia where I cared and catered for 3 children ages 6 and 11. The main activities included homework, drop off and pick up, putting the kids to bed, general arts and crafts and many more.
