I am Maddie, a 21 year old Australian who has just moved her to study. I am currently studying at the University of Portsmouth and I would love to bring my nannying skills to the city of Portsmouth. In Australia, I cared for a variety of families. I used to be a mum assistant which would involve picking up and dropping the children to and from school, would provide afternoon tea, playing time and assist with homework. Additionally, I would also cook 3/4 meals for dinner, do laundry, assist in housekeeping alongside looking after their 4 children. Similarly, I would look after toddlers who are 2 and 3 years old with different families, take them out to age-appropriate activities, ensure they interact with other children as well as making sure they are tired and have fun. I have been babysitting casually since I was 13, and have picked it up as a full time position since I was 16.
