I have 9 years of experience working as a nursery teacher. I am responsible, committed to my job and very sociable. Creativity, joy and goodwill are characteristics of my personality both with children and parents. I don't shy away from challenges and I'm always seeking for innovative solutions. I am from Argentina and my native language is Spanish although I speak intermediate English. My years of experience gave me the tools to work with different kind of children with different needs. I enjoy spending my time with them and helping them learn and develop their skills. I like introducing creative games and I get feedback of what the child wants/needs to propose new solutions. From these games and spending time with them I can teach them values within a safe environment, encouraging lots of independence. I am inspired by the Montessori approach. For the last 15 months, I've been working with different families in London with different backgrounds and nationalities and children of a wide range of ages. I am also a registered childcare in Ofsted and I have a valid DBS. Additionally, I have a Nanny Insurance Policy that covers a maximum of six children at any one time.
