As a person I have always been told "your great with kids" "I'd definitely recommend you" which is great to hear especially when it's not just from the parents but from the kids themselves. I have been babysitting kids varying in age for about the last 5 years and I love it I found that the key it to be able relate to the child so that there is a mutual respect and understanding and it works every time. I have experience in picking and dropping kids of to school, staying with them overnight and day sitting and am happy to do them all. I have also done work experience in a primary school assisting in looking after a classroom of kids therefore I am happy to care for more that one child.
