Lynn is the afterschool nanny of our 2 children since October 2017. She picks them up from the school and nursery, helps with the homework and makes them ready for bed time by giving the shower and giving their meal in the evening. She also looks after them full day during the holidays. Our children were 3 and 5 years old when she started 9 months ago. From the beginning she has built an excellent relationship with our children. She is enthusiastic, kind and firm at the same time. Above all she is very reliable. She is never late and even always early. She knows how to keep our children safe and teaches them how to be safe also. She is flexible and understands the family constraints. She is keen to adapt to our guidance and establish the rules with our children. From her background of nursery teacher, we can see she knows how to make children learning and developing. Our oldest has made fantastic progress at school thanks to her. Very dynamic, she knows how to bring interest to children. She is very comfortable with a big group of children, we have been able to test her ability at the birthday party of our oldest with 12 kids. A big success. We strongly recommend Lynn and we are very sad to stop the contract with her. We would never have let her go if we were not leaving the UK.
