I have previously worked in a private nursery caring for children aged 6 months+ and also do baby sitting jobs privately for family and friends. I have strong skills in communication and understanding how to interact with people, including children. I know how to stay calm in stressful situations, which is important when caring for kids, especially if they get upset or have a minor injury as well as dealing with any other emotion. Additionally, my experience in the ambulance service means i’m trained in first aid and basic life support. This knowledge can give peace of mind knowing that i can handle any unexpected situations that might arise while babysitting. I also have a lot of patience and empathy, which helps me connect with children and make them feel safe, comfortable and loved. I have also got a DBS certificate as well as references available on request. Hourly rate is negotiable.
