Since 2014 I have worked in childcare with many children of different abilities, during this time I have gained experience in working with children to help them develop and reach their individual needs while keeping activities fresh, challenging, and interesting. I am also fully qualified as an early years educator and hold current DBS and First Aid certificates. I have taken part in SEN training and worked with children with additional needs, through this I have gained the ability to adapt to the child's individual personalities and their own needs to help them develop and reach their next milestones. I tend to be quite creative and enjoy doing spontaneous activities to encourage the children to think and act creatively. I am also able to play Guitar, Bass, and Ukulele, and if the children are interested in it I enjoy including the instruments in the activities. I believe children should enjoy as much of the outdoors as they can and I enjoy planing activities that involve going on a trip, even if it's only to the local park
