My communication skills are very good and I have confidence in ensuring that parents are kept up to date on their child’s actions. I can work just as well in a team (as a mother’s help) as I can independently as I learn quickly, meaning I can adapt to the child’s routine and learn their way of life. I have very good time management and am very organised as I feel this makes me better at what I do but can also be flexible if necessary. I completed work experience for 7 months in a primary school reception class (ages 4-5 years). i completed 7 months work experience in a day nursery (ages 6mnths-5 years). I worked for 4 months as a temp nanny in Sheperds Bush as a mother’s help looking after 2 children (aged 2 years and 4.5 months). During this time, I completed all nursery duties, supported weaning, cooked both dairy and gluten free meals and went on outdoor adventures. I also worked for just over a year as a live out Nanny in Winchmore Hill where I looked after a newborn and 4 year old, completing all nursery duties, supported weaning and going to classes and on adventures!
