I have worked in the childcare sector for many years and have built and maintained strong relationships with all children and possess the characteristics strongly suited to this role. I enormously enjoy working alongside children and have a strong career ambition to make a worthy contribution to the child mental health sector. I am enthusiastic, out-going and positive. I am very active and enjoy being outside so would be well suited for all energetic children! I am equally assertive and confident to ensure control in challenging situations. Prior experiences have enabled me to be a motivational and confident speaker as well as an attentive listener. I am very patient and compassionate so would be able to assist with any work or homework requirements. I have previously helped tutor children who were struggling and took this role very seriously. I have vast experience working with children with special needs. I worked for many charities with troubled children and enjoy the challenge of communicating with children and help them overcome any complex difficulties. My pastoral roles involve supporting and engaging with each child and reporting their portrayals of social and emotional difficulties.
