I have worked in childcare for almost 7 years. I have worked in nursery’s, as a nanny and in an after school club. I have worked in a baby room with babies from just 3 months old. I have been a private nanny offering overnights, after school and being a travel nanny. I have looked after up to 6 children at a time varying in ages for events. I am currently completing my childcare foundation degree. I am kind, caring but also respected. My personal view is that young children are not built to listen they are built to learn through play, teaching respect and values is incredibly important but I prefer to teach this through play rather than expecting children to sit and listen to and adult talk. I offer a warm and inviting personality, where safety and love is at the upmost importance.
