Hello! My name is Lucie and I live in Redditch. I currently work as a full time care assistant at a local nursing home and I am hoping to start my nursing degree soon. I have took part in 3 first aid courses, manual handling courses, online training in food safety level 2, infection prevention, health and safety, basic life support, the importance of nutrition and fluids and fire awareness. I am also a part of a big family with many children from ages 1-18+ and I have baby sat many of them several times. I am a very caring person and I enjoy being able to spend time with children and help them in anyway I can. I have also previously volunteered with children with disabilities, teaching them how to swim once a week. Although in my job I care for the elderly, it has taught me to care for people to incredibly high standards and I have learnt how to adapt to each person I look after to provide person centered care at all times. My hobbies are singing, watching films, musical theater, netball and reading. I would be happy to help in anyway I can whether that be helping with homework or helping to tidy up.
