I have 10+ years of experience as a nanny and another 10 as a nursery nurse. I have my own 10 yr old son and I took some years off to be at home with him. I'm really starting to miss being around small children, so ideally looking to return to working as a Nanny rather than Nursery work. I'm usually described as firm but fair in my approach to children. I believe they are only young once and that they all need love, praise and boundaries. I love arts and crafts so am often doing messy/creative projects with the children in my care.
