Hello! My name is Lucia, and I'm currently a fourth-year Graphic Design student at Edinburgh University. I’ve been babysitting and nannying since the legal age of 14. I started with my family (I have three brothers) and close friends, then extended to friends of friends. For about four years, I regularly nannied for two families until I moved to Edinburgh. When I returned home during the summer, I realised how much I missed looking after children. I'm very confident in my skills as a fun and educational nanny, as I believe the role requires a true understanding of children and their developmental stages. I love engaging with children and supporting their education. I'm happy to help with homework, arts and crafts, puzzles, and watching movies. I find it extremely important to develop a healthy, safe, and familiar relationship with a child, as this can help them mature and develop into the wonderful person they’re meant to be. I believe your children and I could have a great time together. This summer, I further honed my childcare skills by working as a SEN teacher and live-in nanny for two different families, caring for children aged four to thirteen.
