I have 35 years of experience within child care sector. I have worked in playgroup, after school club, holiday club, youth clubs and recently set up a full day nursery for a charity I worked for 18 years. The nursery is still going strong. As a senior manager, my role was to recruit staff, manage staff and volunteers. Adhere to cssiw standards which consist of 23 standards, ie health and safety, safeguarding, individual development plans for each individual child to ensure they meeting their full potential. I am also trained in food safety, first aid, manual handling, healthy eating.
