Hi, I’m Lola, a dedicated and responsible university student currently studying Psychology at Loughborough University. I have ad-hoc experience babysitting for a wide range of ages as well as school pick up and after school care. I am a qualified RLSS lifeguard so have a first aid certificate. I spent this past summer working at a summer camp in Michigan, USA where I was the primary caregiver of a cabin of girls aged 8-13 for 7 weeks. I developed strong leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills. I learned to plan engaging activities, manage group dynamics, and ensure safety and well-being in a fast-paced environment. These experiences have enhanced my ability to provide responsible, fun, and supportive childcare.
