I am a fully qualified Early Childhood Pracitioner of 6 years who has worked in a range of settings as a key worker and have experience of the needs of children with additional support needs. I have my own transport and can be flexible to meet the needs of your family. I have a current first aid and asthma and epi pen certificate and have training in child protection and infection control as well as risks in play and managing challenging behaviour. I also have my level 2 in makaton training. My passion is helping others and making a difference. Base all values on kindness respect and care. I understand how daunting it is leaving your special little people with someone however I can offer prior free visits to get to know you as a family and develop positive relationships for the best of your needs.
