My experience has been a multicultural one, as I first started childcare when I lived in the middle east at the age of 17. I would look after four children as well as my two siblings. I would have to feed, play and bathe the children before putting them to bed. My childcare continued when my parents moved to Spain, and I volunteered to work in an English language-based primary school, whilst looking after children after school and on weekends. My time in Spain revolved around children with SEN, and that lead me to want to study further and become a teacher. From Spain, I moved myself back to England and got into college on access to further education courses, which opened the doors to the university where I am currently studying Education Studies to learn more about the education system. I have a CBS for Spain and the UK.
