I have worked in a special needs school for a year and a half now as a teaching assistant as well as being the communication specialist, this ranges from children aged from 2-11 years old with a variety of different complex needs. This job has showed me how much I love working in the childcare sector and have a real passion for this. I believe I am a fun, enthusiastic and trustworthy individual that can take on big responsibilities!
