I have been in the role of caring for people and helping people's lives for over 20 years and this is not strictly on a childcare level. I have worked with the elderly, with mental health and also with people with disabilities. I care. For me the most important thing when I go into a new job is that we match and that the chemistry is just right. I want to make an impact and forging firm relationships is the most fundamental part of the job. I have a great track record and my previous employers will back up my words and work ethic. I can hit the ground running and have enough experience of working and living in London to understand the demands of roles and families lives. I don't just go in and work, I do it with compassion and thought and I take my roles seriously. My workplace is very important to me as is the harmony of the home. I am not afraid of long hours and challenging roles. My previous job was extremely dynamic and varied due to busy home. I also managed contractors and workmen. I can think on my feet and have no problem foreseeing and being able to prioritise jobs. I am positive and upbeat and pride myself on going the extra mile.
