I have experience as a childminder, babysitter, nursery assistant and primary school assistant. I have worked with children with adhd and autism. When I worked in a nursery, I was working between all 3 room and adapted to the routines and needs from newborns up to age 5. I babysat regularly for 2 girls for over 2 years. Whilst working in a primary school, I worked as a TA and a 1:1 with a boy age 10 who had adhd and avoidance autism. I love building connections and understanding how every child is different. I am excellent at communicating and creating relationships. The reason I am looking to become a nanny is so I can exceed in this and help families by giving them my all!
