I have experience of babysitting which involved preparing meals, general care, and engaging children in outdoor activities. My most recent role was being a nanny for two children under the age of 5. The role involved picking them up from School, taking them to the park, playing with them, giving them a bath and helping with homework. In addition to this, I have also worked as a learning mentor with mainly year 2 children which I found to be a very fulfilling role, especially because not only was I able to help children with their educational progress by reading with them, helping them to improving their writing but I also helped some of the children to develop their social skills so they were able to interact with other children in the both the classroom and the playground. I also ran after school clubs for children between the ages of 6-11 and these children were left in my care.
