My mother has worked in a breakfast and afterschool club with me from the age of 8, I've been going to this club for 11 years and have worked as an official member of staff for 2 years. Within this job I have learnt how to work with a variety of children whether they have special educational needs or struggle to communicate to peers and adults. Whilst working this job I have learnt basic meal preparation and have worked with between 15-50 children almost every working day. I’m told I’m quite energetic so I can match the energy of any child. I’m quite laid back and patient when it comes to childcare however I will not let your child disrespect house rules.
