I started my journey when I had a year gap from uni and that’s when I discovered my interest in psychology and specifically in children’s development. I completed a childcare diploma alongside my degree and started working in an after school club for 2 years. Then I worked as an Arabic school teacher but only on weekends. While also experiencing working in a primary school as a TA, at this point I started missing the early years work and being around younger children thus I started working at a preschool full time! I was so glad I did this step, I loved my job as an early years practitioner and now I have graduated and got my BSc hons degree, I am ready to work professionally with children using all my knowledge, education and experiences.
