I'm a fun loving, enthusiastic, energetic person with a real love for children, I have experience with children with additional needs, I worked in a respite centre for young people with severe special needs aging from 4-18, I have a level 3 childcare qualification and am currently working towards a level 3 youth work qualification, I've worked in a nursery for 2 years the first year with preschool age and the second year in the baby room with toddlers 9month - 2years old, I've obtained a paediatric first aid certificate, a regular first aid certificate and a variety of certificates for safeguarding, mental capacity, food hygiene, deaf awareness, health and safety, mental health and autism training. I have an up to date online access enhanced DBS, I have a real passion for working with children and ensuring their happy and safe at all times. I have just come home from a 3 month volunteering programme in Africa where I cared for and taught English and health care to young children in local schools, community centers, youth prisons and local apprentice centers. I put everything I have into ensuring I provide the correct care needed for each individual young person.
