Hi my name is Lauren and i'm a 22 years old Newcastle university student. With having a 10 year old sister this has created and further accelerated my love for looking after children from a very young age. From the age of 11 I was looking looking after my sister when my parents where out which consisted of Bath times, bed times, playing games, feeding and changing nappies. I also have 4 years of babysitting experience for friends and family which I started from the age of 16. As well as this I have worked in a nursery for 3 months with children from 6 weeks to the age of 3 years. I have carried out work experience at 2 nurseries, a primary school and secondary school, running after school clubs and sports events. The most children I have looked after/ babysat for is 4 (1 year, 4 year, 2x 13 years olds) many people would find this challenging but for me I found it extremely fun and rewarding as I got them all in bed at reasonable times.
