I have worked in Early Years education for 10 years, mostly working with children of all ages from 3 month to 5 years. I have 5 younger siblings myself, and have wanted to work with children since I was around 10 years old. I passed my Level 3 qualification 'Children & Young Persons Workforce' in 2012 and am currently in the final stages of my Level 5 qualification 'Leadership & Management in Early years'. Through hands-on experience and continuous professional development, I have excellent knowledge in areas such as child development, effective teaching and learning, and, safeguarding. I alsbolutely pride myself on being able to remain good-humoured and calm even when under pressure. Additionally, I love to get creative and spend lots of time outsides whether that's on nature walks, bug hunts or to the park! I'd love to hear from you about any childcare needs you may have.
