Hello, my name is Lauren I´m passionate about childcare and I absolutely love my job!!! I believe in creating a positive, happy environment for children, one in which they feel protected and can thrive. I´m a friendly, patient and easy-going person who is hard-working and takes the responsibilities that go with childcare seriously. I'm very kind hearted & pro-active when I need to be. I am a very OUTDOORS person and love to get the children outside anytime possible. I think it´s really important for children to socialise with others. I also love to get messy and creative with messy play and art. I believe every child is an individual and needs to be treated that way and to get out of the way of their development as much as is possible/responsible. Learning from natural consequences within a safe environment, encouraging lots of independence. I find my job very rewarding. I love watching and helping the children in my care grow and develop.
