I am a reliable, happy & outgoing person. I am confident around children. I am friendly & enjoy playing games & reading bed time stories, (but I am also confident in telling a child when it's time for bed.) I am a veterinary medicine student (BVM&S) looking for some sporadic babysitting jobs to earn some money during term time as my holidays are taken up by unpaid placements at veterinary practices around the country. I am from a large family with lots of cousins, so have grown up around children of various ages. I have been babysitting since I was 16, with the children being between 3 months & 15 years old. As part of my DofE award I spent 18 months helping run a Brownies group for girls of 7 to 10 years old. Alongside my vet degree I am doing a certificate in veterinary medicine education which has involved teaching students at an Edinburgh secondary school. I do not have a first aid certificate, but have done all the basic first aid training required for my veterinary degree & my Duke of Edinburgh award. I am confident with animals & happy babysitting in houses that have pets.
