I have worked within the care sector for 6 years now which has included working with young children in foster care, working with older children and young adults with disabilities and helping families out. I also worked at a college for disabilities and specialise in disabilities especially autism. I am fully trained in safeguarding, mental capacity act, DOLs, equality and diversity, food hygiene, first aid, challenging behaviour etc.
