Lately I have been caring for an elderly relative with dementia, where I spend time to talk with her, administer medication, and make basic meals. I have no experience in childcare jobs, but have volunteered as a young leader at a Brownies group where I was in charge of a large group of children aged 7-10 years of age, including one with Special Educational Needs (I am also undergoing application for a job with this and will end up with the necessary credentials in time). Can babysit children aged 4-16 for a one-off/short periods of time. I bring a wide range of skills that are particularly valuable for childcare. I play the piano and sing, which allows me to incorporate music into learning and play. As someone who loves the outdoors, I can also introduce children to nature, encouraging curiosity about the environment that surrounds them. With high academic grades and strong teaching abilities, I’m well-equipped to help children with their homework and foster a love for learning.
