I am a mature qualified childcare professional. I enjoy the company of children and am able to develop relationships quickly. I understand all aspects of child development. I believe in being firm but fair. Making sure that should the need arise the children in my care understand it is the behaviour that is unwanted not them. I am passionate about allowing children to take risks and learn by their mistakes rather than being told. I love nothing better than splashing in puddles, splodging with paint or investigating clay. My philosophy being it all cleans up. I have up till now worked in full day care. I have loved my chosen path but am now looking for something less paperwork oriented.
