My experience - I was taking care few months about 9 years old girl Tea who had special needs. Also I was animator for 6 months and I was taking care all alone with group of 60 childrens. My skills - no panic in any situations (example: car crashed a child, broken arm, he was scared, I was calm, talk to him until ambulance came), imaginative for playing and the ways how to explain something serious that kids will understund.
