I am fully qualified early years practitioner with 3 years experience. I have great communication skills (written and verbal), patience and problem solving skills and multitasking. I consider myself as a team player who is willing to work successfully with others to achieve task set, I can work independently as well as collaboratively without prompt in order to focus on completing tasks to the best of my ability. During my work experience I gained the ability of working with new electronic system that is allowing me to keep up with newest records and updates to support children with their needs and development. I have excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage my own workload in time frame given with good communication skills and confidence to work with big groups and challenging/stressful situations. During my work experience I have learned how to follow policies and procedures and practice with health and safety protocols, providing good quality of service with accurate manner.
