I have worked in 3 different nurseries since January 2015. My current role is Lead Practitioner in a nursery in East Lothian, where I am responsible for the daily care of the children and planning of all learning experiences. Training: maths and numeracy training, literacy training, maths academy training, making thinking visible training, planning and floor book training, deferred entry into P1, toothbrush training, special needs training (Fragile X), fire safety and observation training. In the next few months I will also be completing an Autisim level 2 course. Experience: twins, Autism, Fragile X syndrome, Reverse Ret syndrome, babies, toddlers, preschoolers, nature nurture/ forest schools. I have been a regular babysitter for multiple families from the age of 16. I love working with children and I am keen to work with a fun and energetic family. I will be relocating to Perth in July. I have a clean UK drivers license and my own car. I love cooking, being outdoors and engaging children in messy sensory and schematic experiences. I love dogs and all other animals.
