I have no children myself but have been surrounded by children of different ages from new born to 10 years old. I have also worked as a Carer for elderly for my dads business . I’m good at building trust and communicating with children and which enable me to meet their needs. I can remain patient with children and try and sort the problem if needed. Time keeping would be useful for keeping a organised plan for the day(Bath,bed,eating etc). Have first aid training. I have good decision making skills and can make a good judgment to respond to the problem.
