Before moving here from new York, 2 years ago, I babysat 4 hours a week every week for a 3 year old and her two brothers on occasion. I had this job for 2 years. In addition I have babysat both summers that I have gone home while at university, for kids of all ages including babies, some regular and some irregular jobs. Before that I had a babysitting job in Australia where I babysat for a 8 and 9 year old one night a week for 1 year. I don't currently have a car but can easily get the bus!
