My skills set is very basic as i am new to caring for other peoples children, I have had 2 families that I have cared for other people's children. All girls but happy to care for boys. I am a mother myself of 3 children, ages 2,3 and 11 all girls. I'd say nothing gives you more experience than being a mother.
