I am a friendly, bubbly individual who has just finished studying the PGDE to become a primary school teacher. I have a passion for working with children and I have experience working with all ages (new born to late teens). Over the past 14 years I have worked in a variety of settings ; nannying overseas, after school clubs, youth agency's, learning assistant in a primary school, residential care, home schooling and babysitting.I am confident and great at interacting with children and in my previous jobs have excelled in engaging the children in different activities such as arts and crafts, outdoor games, imaginative play, extending learning as well as making lunches, dinners, light cleaning duties etc. With my aim to provide a nurturing environment. I spent a year living in Dumfries and Galloway working as a learning assistant in a primary school, and whilst doing that I also worked for a couple of families babysitting casually in evenings, weekends and school holidays, so I am hoping I can find the same here.
